before hiring me for a commission, please read over my terms of service! if you are commissioning me, you'll be paying for my art style as seen on my website and social medias, with prices listed accordingly. i reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time.these terms of service may grow and change with time, however they will not change before the completion of your commission. should you choose to hire me again, please check if the terms of services have changed since previously working together.
things i will / will not draw
i WILL draw : your OC's; fanart; pet and animal portraits; mythological creatures and beings; DnD parties and individual PCs/NPSs that already have a design; portraits of yourself or others who have consented to being drawn by me; fluff intimacy between fictional characters/OCs.
i WILL NOT draw: *pornographic NSFW; excessive gore; political art; targeted hate; stolen concepts or plagiarized art. *
commission requirements
commissioners must be at least 18 years old and must provide sufficient references in order to complete the commission with the accuracy desired. commissions will be accepted through DM and email, but the final product and invoice will be sent to the commissioner's email.commissions are for personal use only and cannot be altered or sold in any way.payment will be made through paypal.

process
after submitting an email / DM to my contact information, please allow 2-3 business days for me to get back to you about next steps.
this information will include the estimated time it will take for me to complete your piece, the exact price of your requested piece, and any further clarifying questions i have to make about the piece to make it to your liking.once the timeline and price is agreed upon, i'll begin sketching and planning out your commission. i will send these sketches to you before continuing with your piece to make sure it's heading in the right direction.I WILL NOT CONTINUE YOUR PIECE UNTIL YOU
CONFIRM YOUR APPROVAL OF THE SKETCHES.from there, i will continue your commission until it is finished and i will send you the high-resolution file for you to download and use within the parameters of the terms of service. you will also recieve the final invoice.
revisions
any large edits requested once the final piece is delivered will require an additional charge of 50% the original price, which must be paid before the edits are made, as well as an extra 2-3 business days to make the edits.large edits consist of changing the main pose/composition of the subject; changing who/what the subject is in the piece; changing a character's outfit/hairstyle; adding / removing a character; etc.
payment
payment will be made exclusively through PayPal.for commissions under $50, full payment is expected upfront. higher amounts will be paid in two parts: half up front with the confirmation of price and timeline, and the other half once the sketch is finalized and approved.
cancellation
if you do not approve of the sketch and wish to cancel the commission,
i will refund 30% of the agreed final price.there are NO refunds after the sketch is approved.`
delivery / posting
the commissioner will not receive any physical product. once the piece is fully paid for, the piece will be emailed to the commissioner in a high-resolution file format (png or jpeg).the commissioner may not resell, alter, or claim credit for the artwork produced. the commissioner may not mint the art as an NFT or any other form of cryptocurrency or marketing. commissions are for personal use only and may not be used commercially by the commissioner or any other third party.the piece still belongs to me and i have the rights to post these works on social media, create content with them, sell as prints, etc. the commissioner may use the piece as an icon, profile picture, banner, etc. on the condition that the piece is properly credited and linked to molly boozell (boozellgirl).
